Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of your CHAK IN app account and associated personal data. Developed by Sesh Rao, we will process your request within 7 business days.

⚠ Important: Deleting your account only removes your login access to the CHAK IN app. Your academic records (marks, attendance, fees) are maintained by your school and are not deleted — please contact the school directly for academic record removal.

What gets deleted

Your mobile app login credentials and OTP session
All active login sessions and tokens
Your parent account profile stored in our system
Parent–child links associated with your account
Your device binding record

What is retained

Academic records (marks, attendance) — maintained by your school
Fee payment receipts — retained for financial compliance (7 years)
